TAPE GUIDE

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of adhesion of grease for a magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:Oil outflow stop walls 71, 72 are provided in a path from opening end surfaces of bearings 37, 38 to a tape surface to be touched 36a of a roller guide 36 and the tape surface to be touched of flanges 40, 41. Thus, at the time of guiding the magnetic tape T, the grease in the bearings, 37, 38 are stirred by the rotation of the roller guide 36, and even though the grease leak out from the bearings 37, 38 according to a time lapse, are stopped in the roller guide 36 by the oil outflow stop walls 71, 72. Thus, the arrival of the grease in the bearings 37, 38 for the tape surface to be touched 36a of the roller guide 36 and the tape surface to be touched of the flanges 40, 41 are prevented.
