Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce electric power consumption by a heating means by actuating the heating means on condition that the temperature of a suction means sucking green constituents in exhaust gas is equal to or more than a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:An ECU 9 reads the temperature TADS of a suction means 3 and the temperature TEHC of a catalyst with a heater 4 first, and judges whether or not the temperature TADS is higher than a specified temperature TADSO (for example 150 deg.). When TADS TADSO exists, the specified (switch 12) turned the heater (switch 12) is turned off. Meanwhile, when TADS>TADS) exists, it is judged whether or not the temperature TEHC of the catalyst with a heater 4 is lower than a specified temperature TEHCO (for example, 350 deg.). When TEHC>TEHCO exists, the heater is turned off. Meanwhile, when TEHC
