Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a powder coating resin composition having excellent pigment dispersibility and heat-flow property and capable of forming a powder coating material compounded with a pigment to enable thin-layer coating and give a coating film having excellent masking power and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:This powder coating resin composition is composed of 70-90 pts.wt. of a polyester amide resin having an amino value of 13-82mgKOH/g and an average molecular weight of 1,200-8,200 and produced by reacting a polyester resin having a softening point of 50-150 deg.C, an acid value of 15-85mgKOH/g and an average molecular weight of 1,000-8,000 and rich in terminal carboxyl group with a compound having >=2 amino groups in the molecule and 30-10 pts.wt. of a curing agent.
