Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a thermoplastic resin compsn. which can be easily molded by injection molding, extrusion molding or the like into a molded article, a film, or a sheet to provide a product having excellent balance of properties, appearance, transparency, formability, moisture resistance, and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION:This thermoplastic resin compsn. comprises a blend of an amorphous polyolefin and a styrene elastomer. The difference in refractive index at room temp. between the amorphous polyolefin and the styrene elastomer is not more than 0.03, and the blending ratio of the amorphous polyolefin to the styrene elastomer is (99:1) to (60:40) in weight%.
