Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a bending die which reduces the number of joints in punching at the time of bending the periphery of the tubular edge of an object to be worked and which eliminates valley shaped deformation at the punching joints. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with dies 2, which are positioned inside an object 100a to be worked and which are provided with a contour along the tubular part to be worked of the object 100a; punches 50 which are positioned outside the object 100a, which are rotated while being supported rotatably by supporting shafts 50a at one end, and which are provided with a contour along the tubular part to be worked of the object 100a; and cam slide means 6 for pushing to move the punches 50 from the side.
