Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To attain the quick look display of an accurate earth surface picture at real time by correcting picture data by atmospheric data through an on-line and offsetting an atmosphere loss. CONSTITUTION:A sensor signal SeaWiFS from a sea color sensor mounting satellite and a meteological observation data signal HRPT from a meteological satellite NOAA are catched by an antenna 1, divided and demodulated by a receiving part 2 and the demodulated signals are outputted as respective data. The data from the receiving part 2 are outputted from a SeaWiFS data processing part to a conversion part 4 as sea color data and HRPT data also from the receiving part 2 are outputted to an HRPT data processing part 5 to extract TOVS data. The measurement data of water vapour and CO2 in the atmosphere of the earth surface are obtained based upon the TOVS data. A TOVS data processing part 6 calculates the quantity of water vapour and CO2 on the surface of the earth and stores calculated results in a table 7. The quantity of water vapour and CO2 stored in the table 7 is inputted to a correction coefficient calculating part 8 to calculate a correction coefficient for compensating an atmosphere loss. The conversion part 4 corrects respective measurement spectral data to correct values and a picture display part 9 displays an accurate surface picture based upon the corrected data.
