Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enhance the degree of layout freedom by installing a plurality of floor slabs under non-beam floor slab structure vertically with a spacing between an outer periphery frame and a 3-D earthquake resisting wall CONSTITUTION:Reinforced concrete-made outer periphery beams 12 are installed between reinforced concrete-made outer periphery posts 11 where an outer periphery frame 7 of a building 5 is installed. Inside the outer periphery frame 7 there is installed a substantially triangle-shaped cylindrical frame 8 which is reinforced concrete made in cross section and provides an identical elevation to that of the building 5. Floor slabs 9 under non-beam floor slab structure, such as flash plates or flash slabs are installed between the outer periphery frame 7 and the inner periphery frame 8 with a definite spacing in the vertical direction. Furthermore, studs 10 under filled-up steel pipe concrete structure are installed to the floor slabs 9 with a definite spacing. When constructing the building 5, vertical members, such as the outer periphery posts 11, the inner periphery frame 8 and the studs 10 are constructed at each story and then horizontal members, such as the outer periphery beams 12 and the floor slabs 9 are constructed. Then, the vertical members are separated from the horizontal member and constructed.
