CONSTITUTION:A flexible resin compsn. is prepd. by compounding 10-60wt.% multicomponent ethylenic copolymer comprising 45-96.9wt.% ethylene units, 0.1-5wt.% radical-polymerizable acid anhydride (e.g. maleic anhydride) units, and 3-50wt.% other radical-polymerizable monomer (e.g. methyl acrylate) units, 10-50wt.% thermoplastic styrenic elastomer (e.g. a styrene-isoprene random copolymer). and 10-50wt.% paraffin wax.
