Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a highly durable and inexpensive acceleration sensor in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical sensor mount 3 is securely placed on a circuit board 2. Two electrodes 4a, 4b are arranged on the circuit board 2 enclosed by the sensor mount 3. The electrodes 4a, 4b are connected to pads 6a, 6b formed on the circuit board 2 via printed wirings 5a, 5b on a surface of the circuit board 2, respectively. The pads 6a, 6b are formed of printed wirings as well. Another pad 6c is formed on the circuit board 2 and a resistance R is connected between the electrode pads 6b and 6c. An acceleration-detecting medium 7 of a conductive composition (conductive silicon gel or the like) of a suitable density is accommodated in the sensor mount 3.
