Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve both of energy resolution and a counting rate. CONSTITUTION:The radiation analyzer is a radiation analyzer provided with an energy measurement system 20 for measuring energy of radiation (for instance, fluorescence X-ray) generated from a sample with pulse wave height and an event recognition system 10 for discriminating a pulse mutual time and acting upon the energy measurement system because of eliminating an unnecessary pulse. The event recognition system 10 is provided with a discrimination circuit 13 for discriminating energy on the basis of a pule and a switching means 30 for actuating so as not to input the unnecessary pulse to the energy measurement system 20 on the basis of an energy discrimination result or a time discrimination result in the event recognition system 10 on the input side of the energy measurement system 20 is provided therein.
