OPERATION BUTTON DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal return or damage of an operation button by restraining a bending quantity of a molded spring of the operation button by external force within the normal when the external force is applied in the return direction of the operation button because something strikes on the button in an operating condition. CONSTITUTION:When an operation part 1a of an operation button 1 is pressed in the anticlockwise direction to operate a mechanism of a cassette tape recorder, a kicking-up lever 2 pushes up an operation rod 8 of the mechanism 7. When clockwise directional external force is applied to the operation button 1 in this condition, though the L shaped tip of the operation rod 8 comes into contact with a molded spring 3, since bending of the molded spring 3 is regulated by a bending regulating rib 4 at the back, rotation in the clockwise direction of the operation button 1 is checked.
