Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To limit an oscillating motion of a U-shaped spring about the longitudinal axis of a plunger so as to reduce wear. CONSTITUTION: A strip-like projected part 40 is extended nearly on an extension of a spring end part on the eccentric shaft side, starting from the spring end part of a U-shaped spring, and the projected part 40 is positioned adjacent to a stopper disc 12 which is positioned laterally in relation to the eccentric shaft 8 to correspond the projected part. The stopper disc 12 is manufactured from a material that is likely to be hard to wear, and acts as a turning angle limiting body for the U-shaped spring 11.
