Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the heat insulating performance of a house by preventing the warmth from flowing out to the penthouse rear of an annex from inside of the house via a lattice beam for formation of walls of the house body part. CONSTITUTION:In the body part H1 of a multi-story house, an annex H2 lower than the body part H1 is constructed in a single piece therewith, and a floor panel PB constituting the floor of the body part H1 is provided with a certain gap G between the bottom of a lattice beam 3A and indoor side of an exterior wall panel PA. The annex H2 is covered with an additional roof R, and thereby a penthouse rear S is formed where the lattice beam 3A is confronting between the ceiling plate 2 of the annex H2 and the additional roof R. An insulating material 4 is installed between a top chord 3a and bottom chord 3b of the lattice beam 3A, and a partition plate 5 is installed to close the gap G.
