Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid agent capable of minimizing foam generation during film forming and providing an antireflective and antistatic film which is strong and almost free from the problem of unevenness by dissolving a hydrolyzable silicic ester in a mixed solvent containing three or more kinds of alcohol differing in boiling point. CONSTITUTION:An antireflective and antistatic liquid agent comprising an organic solution containing a hydrolyzable silicic ester as a main component in which the organic solvent used is a mixture of three or more kinds of alcohol or derivatives thereof differing in boiling point. For instance, when an alcohol having a boiling point of 100 deg.C or less or its derivative, an alcohol having a boiling point of 100 to 180 deg.C or its derivative and an alcohol having a boiling point of 180 deg.C or higher or its derivative are mixed, there can be obtained a target liquid agent having a good balance among film index, evenness of the coating film, film strength, antifoaming property, or the like, and capable of providing a thin film which is free of surface defects caused by foam generated during film foaming, almost free of the problem of unevenness, and having a sufficient strength. |
