Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent a coating and ice build-up, and to improve safety, by combining conductively an analyzing apparatus having a shield crack-monitoring device with a heating element. CONSTITUTION: One side of a connection line of a conductive heating element H mounted on or in a shield B is conductively combined with a converter W of a voltage providing device V, and the other side is conductively combined with an analyzing apparatus A having a shield crack-monitoring device formed as a current or voltage measuring device, and with a switching-on apparatus E. A switching device S is arranged on a connection part between the switching-on apparatus E and a heating element H, and one side of the switching section of the switching device S is connected to the analyzing apparatus A through a first resistance R1, and the other side is connected to the heating element H.
