Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To secure the reinforcing arrangement bar of a structure being high in perpendicular strength and flexural strength in either direction. CONSTITUTION:Both vertical and horizontal lines 2 and 4 consisting of metal lines are crossed with each other and set up there, and each of the intersections are fixed tight by means of welding, whereby a grating arranging bar body 1 is formed up. Then the arranging bar body 1 is bent in the perpendicular direction and from both sides of the body 1 at each intersection part of the vertical line 2 and the horizontal line 4 lined up in the diagonal direction of one side of the square meshes of the body 1, thereby forming both bend projections 5a and 5b projecting to both surfaces of the body 1.
