Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery solid lip-overcoat to be applied to rouged lips to remarkably improve the durability of the cosmetic effect of rouge, prevent the staining of a cup, etc., with rouge and improve the durability of the color of the rouged lip. CONSTITUTION:This powdery solid lip-overcoat is produced by compounding 2.5-99.95wt.% of a polyhydric alcohol or sugar having crystalline powder appearance such as D-mannitol and glucose and 0.05-10.0wt.% of a humectant. It may be further incorporated with a metallic soap or an acylated amino acid.
