Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a powder collecting device capable of smoothly collecting the powder in a pipe without manual labor with excellent collection efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A powder collecting device 10 to collect the powder in a pipe 20 loaded on drum-shaped feed rolls 21 arranged at an arbitrary space is provided with a boom 12 where suction ports 16, 17 are provided under the forward end part and the rear end part consists of a held hollow pipe, wheels 14 which are mounted on the under side of the boom 12 through a boom supporting member 13 and abutted on the side upper part of the respective feed rolls 21, and an elevating means 15 to lift the forward end part of the boom 12. The collected flux in the pipe 20 is collected by a dust catcher 19.
