Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily produce a four face assembly by executing first stage CES welding to the groove part of facing each end face of one of a diaphragm and encircled with steel plate, CES backing material, diaphragm end face, further, executing second stage CES welding to the groove part of facing each end face on the other. CONSTITUTION:Sealing materials 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d are mounted while abutting with the end faces of CES backing materials 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and the end face of a diaphragm 2, it is different from the case of mounting in between CES backing materials, some degree of error in length is allowable. Further, vertical backing materials 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d are mounted while abutting with the end faces of sealing materials 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, the end faces of CES backing materials 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and steel plates 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, it is different from the case of mounting while abutting CES backing material and steel plate, some degree of error in length is allowable.
