PRODUCTION OF CASTING MOLD AND CERAMIC CORE

PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing a casting mold capable of easy removing a ceramic core from a product in a knock-out stage and the ceramic core. CONSTITUTION:Wax molded goods 3 having the same shape as the shape of the product are formed and the ceramic core 1 is inserted into the internal cavity 3a of the wax molded goods. A slurry is adhered around the wax molded goods, by which a coating layer 7 is formed around the wax molded goods and further, the wax molded goods are removed from the coating layer. The casting mold is produced by calcining this coating layer. Combustible solid 4 which burns out at the time of a calcination stage is packed into the hollow part 2a of the ceramic core body 2.
