COD successively into the ozone contact tank and anaerobic filter bed. CONSTITUTION:An oxidized water 6 leaving an ozone contact tank 2 is introduced into a dissolved oxygen removing tank 3 and aerated with gaseous nitrogen 7, and the dissolved oxygen contained in the oxidized water 6 is completely removed.
