Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a card taking machine for game hall for taking a prepaid card used in a game hall such as pachinko hall in which the residue having fractions of the prepaid card can be automatically treated and the used prepaid card having no residue can be recovered. CONSTITUTION:A control device 40 reads the fractional residue of a prepaid card 41 inserted through a card insert hole 4, and releases balls or prizes of the number according to the sum from an output port 11 when a ball button 8 or a prize button 9 is pushed. For a prepaid card 41 having no residue, balls or prizes of the number according to the purchase price are released from the output port 11. The used prepaid card 41 treated for the residue is recovered in a card housing box 32.
