LOW FREQUENCY AND THERMAL MEDICAL INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE:To prevent electrical shock and wasteful consumption of a power from occurring by generating an instruction signal representing the magnitude of electrical energy consumed between a pair of electrodes, and stopping the application of a high voltage between the electrodes when the magnitude of power consumption energy is smaller than a threshold value and power supply to a heater. CONSTITUTION:When an output control signal from a CPU 4 is outputted to an output control part 3, the high voltage is generated from a high voltage generating part 2 as potential difference between pads 6, 7. The change of the high voltage at that time is voltage-divided by the resistors r1, r2 of a potentiometer part 5, and it inputted to the CPU 4 as a voltage signal. The CPU 4 reads signal voltages V just before the turning-on of the output control signal and immediately after that, and operates difference between them. when the difference scarcely exists, it is judged that the pads 6, 7 are peeled, then, the output control signal it turned off.
