METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INPUTTING DRAWING

PURPOSE:To provide drawing input method/device by which a drawing can efficiently be made into CAD data even if the knowledge of the drawing input device is absent. CONSTITUTION:An area appropriate for automatic input and an area appropriate for input by an interactive system are previously divided (S1). Then, the drawing is inputted and the identification part of the device identifies the areas (S2 and S3). When the area is that for automatic input, the area is automatically made into CAD data (S4-S6). When an identification result is the area appropriate for input by the interactive system, the area is read in parallel to a processing and the area is made into CAD data by the interactive system (S4-S9). Then, a part which is automatically made into CAD data and a part which is made into CAD data by the interactive system are recognized, and the input of one piece of drawing is completed.
