LOW NOISE INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To reduce electric noise without damaging performance by mixing a driver circuit, for which the time required for a switching operation is short, and a driver circuit for which that time is long. CONSTITUTION:A signal is transmitted from a circuit 103 to be a start point inside an integrated circuit 101 through an internal gate circuit 104 to driver circuits 105 and 106, transmitted through a wiring 107 to an internal gate circuit 108 inside an integrated circuit 102 and transmitted to a circuit 109 to be an end point. When there are plural signal transmission routes like this, the route such as a route 110 to use the high-speed driver circuit 105 and the route such as a route 111 to use the low-speed driver circuit 106 exist. Then, the high-speed driver circuit 105 can be used just for the driver circuit included in the route to affect the performance of the integrated circuit, the low-speed driver circuit 106 can be used for the driver circuit included in the route not to affect the performance, and the electric noise can be reduced without damaging the performance of the integrated circuit.
