Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To securely vent even during operation for a long time and securely prevent flowing out of fuel by forming a sealed face of a valve seat toward a space inside a vessel and providing a fine porous air filter on the upstream side of the valve seat. CONSTITUTION: A sealed face 12 of a valve seat 10 faces a space 9 inside a vessel, and a valve element 11 is opened by the opening movement facing the space 9 inside the vessel of a valve disc 13. A fine porous air filter 20 is provided on the upstream side of the valve seat 10 when viewed in the direction of flowing-in of external air into the space 9 inside the vessel, and flowing in external air is purified and then enters the space 9 inside the vessel through a valve seat part. A dust particle is not provided between the valve element 11 and the valve seat 10, and liquid-tight closing of the valve element 11 is not prevented while maintaining a gas flowing-in condition-which functions securely. On the other hand, an outflow of liquid is sufficiently prevented through a venting valve 3 even after long periods of operation.
