Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an acrylic resin compsn. which can offer excellent viscosity stability of a plastisol, good moldability, and excellent compatibility of a resin with a plasticizer and, even after heat melting, is free from bleeding of the plasticizer by incorporating a particular plasticizer to a particular acrylic resin. CONSTITUTION:A plasticizer comprising a phthalic ester of the formula (wherein R represents a C1 to C6 alkyl (R O)nR wherein R represents a C2 to C4 alkylene, R represents a C1 to C4 alkyl and n is 1 to 4; and R2 represents cyclohexyl or a C1 to C3 alkyl-substituted cyclohexyl] is incorporated into a homopolymer or a copolymer of methyl (meth)acrylate to prepare an acrylic resin plastisol compsn. The compsn. can offer excellent viscosity stability of a plastisol, good moldability, and excellent compatibility of a resin with a plasticizer and, even after heat melting, is free from bleeding of the plasticizer. This compsn. can be molded into a product like a vinyl chloride resin plastisol.
