Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a container with cushion of which the cushioning member does not scatter, and wherein the taking out or putting in of a content such as a lighting apparatus, etc., becomes easier by integrating a box and the cushioning member. CONSTITUTION:On the upper edge of a cubic article which is constituted of major components of a box 1 and cushioning member 2, and built up three- dimensionally, a lower lid 9 with a groove 8 is provided on a pair of edges which are confronted to each other. Then, an upper lid 7 is provided on the other pair of edges, and an insertion piece 6 is provided at the tip of the upper lid 7. Then, the insertion piece 6 is provided under a condition wherein the insertion piece 6 can be inserted in the groove 8.
