BIAXIAL KNEADING EXTRUDER

PURPOSE:To easily separate gas from a kneading material and to improve a processing capacity by providing a plurality of grooves at two circular-arc parts of a bore of a cylinder of a biaxial kneading extruder, and providing a cutout at a connecting part of the two parts. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of grooves 2M are axially formed at circular-arc parts of two bores 2H of a kneading cylinder 2C of a cylinder 2 of a biaxial kneading extruder 1, and a cutout 2K is formed at a connecting part of the parts. Accordingly, gas contained in a kneading material during melting and kneading is fed to a degassing part of a downstream via a space formed along the grooves M or the cutout 2K, the gas of the material is easily separated and externally discharged. Thus, the material can be stably supplied to improve its discharging capacity and to largely improve its processing capacity.
