Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the damaging of the surface of a formed product in the projecting part of a waving cross sectional shape with a cutting tool by forming cutting lines in the direction orthogonal to the flow direction of forming material at the time of forming, in the case of cutting a clamp surface and a curving surface. CONSTITUTION:The forming material 3 is clamped in the vertical direction with the clamp surface 2b of a blank holder 2 and the clamp surface of a forming die 1. The clamp surface 2b is cut so that the feeding direction of the cutting tool 5 crosses orthogonal to the shifting direction of the forming material 3 at the time of forming. The cutting lines 6 are formed as concentric or spiral-state while centering the opening part 2a on the clamp surface 2b. By this method, the projecting part of the cutting lines 6 does not scratch the surface of the forming material.
