OFFSET REDUCTION CIRCUIT FOR DIFFERENTIAL AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE:To reduce the offset to be generated between the inputs of the differential amplifier due to the deviation of the constant current. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a differential amplifier 2 equipped with differential pairs 24 coupled by a resistance 23 between emitters of the 1st transistor 21 and the 2nd transistor 22, the 1st constant current source 25 connected to the emitter side of the 1st transistor, the 2nd constant current source 26 connected to the emitter side of the 2nd transistor, current mirror circuit 27 connecting the 3rd transistor 28 to the corrector side of the 1st transistor and connecting the base of the 4th transistor 29 to the base corrector of the 3rd transistor, and current canceling circuit 14 cancelling the current which produces the voltage difference by detecting the voltage difference across the electrodes of the transistor of the differential amplifier and supplying the direct current according to the voltage difference to the emitter side.
