PASS ISSUING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a pass issuing device which can prevent an unissuable state of passes and can improve its working rate by providing two or more keys having the highest using frequency and pointing prescribed conditions among various types of keys and replacing a faulty key with another nondefective one to point the prescribed conditions. CONSTITUTION:A condition setting operation part 2 includes a start key 11 which gives instruction to start issue of pass and various condition keys such as ten keys 12, etc. A start key 3a is also set and displayed at a passing starting/arriving station setting part 3 to instruct to start issue of passes like the key 11. If no pass is issued at a pass issuing part 24 despite application of the key 11, a clark in charge applies the key 3a of the part 3 to instruct to start issue of pass. When an idle key of the part 2 is used as a stand-by start key, this key can substitute for the faulty key 11 to issue the pass.
