Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a tube leak detecting device hating a simple structure and high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:A hold section 2 is formed at a portion serving as the node of the vibration of a rod-like ultrasonic resonant body 1 made of metal or ceramic, and the ultrasonic resonant body 1 is held on the wall face of the pressure vessel of a nuclear power plant or a thermal power plant via the hold section 2. The ultrasonic resonant body 1 is resonated by the ultrasonic waves generated at the time of a tube leak, and it is taken out as an electric signal by a vibration sensor 4 fitted at its rear end section. The air gap between a wall face fitting bracket and the ultrasonic resonant body 1 penetrating it is elastically sealed by a heat-resistant packing or metal bellows, and a gas seal is made without hindering vibration.
