OIL APPLICATION DEVICE TO O-RING

PURPOSE:To enable uniform application by accommodating a shaft like workpiece with an O-ring mounted to the shaft part in an application chamber, then leading a fixed quantity of oil into the application chamber from an oil inflow groove, and letting the oil flow down along the inner wall so as to bring the oil, flowing down, into contact with the O-ring. CONSTITUTION:When a workpiece is inserted into an application chamber 17, the workpiece is placed on the switch part 18a of an operating valve 18 to open a valve part 18b, so that pressure air is fed toward a force-feed pump 6. As a result, a piston 6b in the force-feed pump 6 slides, and oil 4 in a cylinder 6a is force-fed by the stroke part. The force-fed oil 4 is fed into an oil reservoir 16, and the oil 4 overflowing from an oil inflow groove 25 flows into the application chamber 17. The oil 4 flowing down along the inner wall comes in contact with an O-ring for application. The oil 4 flowing down to the lower part of the application chamber 17 flows out from an escape hole 26 and flows down into an oil reservoir part below for storage.
