Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate installation works for a spring seat at low cost by swell ing the circumferential wall of a cylindrical member so as to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical section 7 of a spring seat 6 is coupled in the outer circumference of a reserve tube 2. The reserve tube 2 is held at a specified height. Under this condition, the circumferential wall of the reserve tube 2 is swelled up by bulge formation, and a swelled section 15 thus formed is then attached to the cylindrical section 7 of the spring seat 6 with pressure.
