FORM FOR CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To obtain forms resisting a large number of usage for a prolonged term at low cost by mounting metallic foil itself with a film layer having excellent hardness, corrosion resistance and mold release properties on the surface of a sheathing board and forming the forms. CONSTITUTION:Metallic foil plates 3 with thermoset film layers 4 are installed onto the surfaces of sheathing boards 2 consisting of woody plywood, a metal plate, a plastic board, etc., thus forming forms 1. A semi-solid film consisting of a composition containing two or more of (metha)crylloyl groups in one molecule and using oligopolyester (metha)crylate having equivalent of 400 or less as an essentical ingredent is formed as a lowermost layer in the film layer 4. One layer or more of films composed of the same composition as the lowermost layer is formed onto the semi-solid film, and cured by electron beam irradiation. The ion permeation resistance of the whole films is set to 500 Mohm.cm or more. The film layers 4 may also be formed directly when the metal plate is used as the sheathing board 2. Accordingly, forms having a long lifetime can be acquired at low cost.
