Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform easy and high-precise drive control by a method wherein the target length of a first boom cylinder is determined from the target angles of first and second boom angles to which coordinate exchange is effected and a first boom cylinder is driven. CONSTITUTION:The target value of the tip of a bucket 8 is coordinate-converted to the target angles of the first boom angle of a first boom 1 and the second boom angle of a second boom 4. The target angles of the first and second boom angles to which coordinate exchange is effected is substituted in a given formula to determine the target cylinder length of a first boom cylinder 2. The present values of the first and second boom angles are substituted for the same formula to determine the present cylinder length of the first boom cylinder 2. Further, the difference between a target cylinder length and a present cylinder length is determined and the result is fed as a flow rate command value to the first boom cylinder 2 to control a position.
