Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a glazing agent for coated surface, containing a silicone resin having hydroxyl or alkoxyl groups, excellent in both water repellency and antifouling properties and suitable especially for glazing coated surfaces of automobiles. CONSTITUTION:This glazing agent contains a silicone resin having hydroxyl or alkoxyl groups in an amount of preferably 1-10wt.%. When a low-molecular weight and high-density polyethylene wax is blended in an amount of 0.5-2 times based on the silicone resin with the glazing agent, the operating efficiency, antifouling properties, etc., can preferably be enhanced. When a petroleum-based hydrocarbon or a 1-20C alcohol or both are blended in an amount of 70-85wt.%, the operating efficiency is preferably improved. Furthermore, a polishing agent such as alumina or polyethylene resin fine powder can be blended so as to improve the detergency.
