METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WINDING COIL WIRE TO CORE

PURPOSE:To wind a plurality of coil wires to a core in good order and efficiently without letting them run on the lower coil wire. CONSTITUTION:In a coil winder 10, a plurality of coil wires 14a-14c are guided in nearly parallel condition to the side of a stator core 16 by the fourth guide roller 52, and also they are wound in the conditions that they are inclined by specified angles to the winding face nearly horizontal by the fourth guide roller 52 being displaced by a specified angle around the R axis. In this case, those are wound in order on the winding face from the lower coil wire out of a plurality of inclined coil wires 14a-14c. Accordingly, the coil wire 14 can be wound on the stator core 16 excellently in line up without running on the adjacent coil wire.
