The number of the wire coil of the first wire layer 7 located on the bead apex 2 side is set to be smaller at least by one than the number of the wire coil of the second wire layer 6, and the bead apex 2 is loaded on the wire coil of the wire layers 6, 7 in an appropriate shape.
