Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and weight by coiling a single wire to form the bead core, and setting the number of wire coil of a first wire layer located on the bead apex side to be smaller than the number of the wire coil of a second wire layer immediately therebelow. CONSTITUTION:In a bead structure where a bead apex 2 extending to the direction of a side wall 3 adjacent to a bead core 1 is provided, the bead core 1 is formed by a third wire layer 5 where a single wire 4 is coiled in a mutually laminated manner and which is located to the lower part in the radial direction of the tire, a second wire layer 6 located in the middle of the radial direction of the tire, and a first wire layer 7 located on the bead apex 2 side. The number of the wire coil of the first wire layer 7 located on the bead apex 2 side is set to be smaller at least by one than the number of the wire coil of the second wire layer 6, and the bead apex 2 is loaded on the wire coil of the wire layers 6, 7 in an appropriate shape. |
