Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify a vehicle system, reduce weight. decrease a leakage quantity, and realize low idling of an engine. CONSTITUTION:In the structure where two hollow shafts 14, 15 are housed inside an air flow rate control valve in a pneumatic servo type linear idle rotation controller, valves 12, 13 are integrally mounted on the shafts, respectively, and the shaft 15 slides by a distance of a dimension L inside the shaft 14, a time lag is generated between the shafts 14, 15 so that an air path having various flow rate characteristics can be provided in the single idle rotation controller.
