Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a platinum coating layer having a larger specific surface by baking without the material of a substrate being limited by relatively lowering the baking temp. CONSTITUTION:The liq. mixture of an aq. soln. of chloroplatinic acid and propargyl alcohol is applied on the surface of a substrate and baked, hence a metallic platinum grain is thermally decomposed and deposited at a relatively low temp. of 200-250 deg.C in the atmosphere, and the deposit is sintered at that temp. to coat the substrate surface.
