Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a solid fuel improved in combustion stability, quality, long- term storage stability, easiness of transportation, etc., by mixing industrial resin waste with ash of heavy crude oils and solidifying the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Industrial resin wastes having solidifiability are mixed with ash of heavy crude oils, and the mixture is solidified. The term 'industrial resin wastes having solidifiability' refers to oxygenous hydrocarbons selected from among resin-derived monomer wastes, synthetic resin coating material wastes and mixture thereof. This fuel is obtained by kneading a mixture of resin-derived monomers as industrial wastes and/or synthetic resin coating material wastes and ash of heavy and crude oils, extruding the mixture, cutting the extrudate, drying the cut extrudate, and solidifying the dry product into a suitable form. The properties of the fuel can be adjusted, for instance, its calorific value can be heightened by blending the synthetic resin wastes in a high ratio.
