Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a polyphenylene ether resin composition excellent in delamination resistance of a skin layer. CONSTITUTION:The characteristic of this polyphenylene ether resin composition comprises adding (E) 0.01-5 pts.wt free radical initiator to 100 pts.wt. mixture composed of 5-95 pts.wt. mixture composed of (A) 1-100wt.% polyphenylene ether resin and (B) 0-99wt.% alkenylaromatic resin, (C) 5-95 pts.wt. graft copolymer prepared by grafting an ethylene-alpha-olefinic copolymer rubber with an alkenylaromatic compound and, as necessary, an unsaturated monomer and (D) 0-40 pts.wt. ethylene-alpha-olefinic copolymer rubber. The resultant composition is reduced in delamination.
