Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery mildew-preventing agent for fruits for eating and vegetables for eating, such as strawberries, melons, tomatoes and cucumbers, etc., comprising specific treated water. CONSTITUTION:Acidic water having a pH of 2.5-2.7 and produced by hydrolyzing flowing water, or the diluted product of the acidic water. If necessary 5cc, based on 10l of the acidic water, of a sticker such as a pyrolignous acid solution, a polyoxyethylenehexitane fatty acid ester or water (containing 20-30% of isopropylalcohol) is added. The acidic water is obtained by applying a direct electric current of 48V and 40A between an anode 2 and a cathode 3 through an electrolytic membrane 4 and simultaneously allowing water to flow in an electrolytic cylinder 1 at a flow rate of approximately 1-2.5 liter/min by controlling a city water plug 5. When the water as such is treated for approximately 20min, about 50 liter of the acidic water is obtained in a tank 8. |
