Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To wind a cable, a branch connector, a branch cable and a device without damage by disposing two drums like a double drum. CONSTITUTION:In the case of pulling a cable or the like up to the ship, first, with the opening part of a second drum 22 of the outer periphery side being located in a designated position, a second drum brake 32 is operated to put a clutch 28 in the open state, and a first drum brake 30 is released to drive a motor in the winding direction, whereby a cable 60 is taken up on a first drum 20. When a branch connector is taken up on the first drum 20, following the cable, the second drum brake is released, the clutch 28 is put in the connecting state, and two drums are rotated in one body in the winding direction. Thus, the branch cable and a device are sequentially taken up on the second drum 22. Thus, all of the cable, the branch connector, the branch cable and the device can be taken up without damage.
