PRODUCTION OF CASTING MOLD

PURPOSE:To easily take a casting mold out of a product and to smoothly and surely cast the product even in the case of precision casting of the product having a cavity formed inside and openings at both ends communicated with the cavity. CONSTITUTION:The product of an approximately cylindrical shape opened at both ends and molded goods having the same shape as the shape of the product are molded. A first coating layer 2 is formed around these molded goods. A second coating layer 3 to close only the one opening of the molded goods formed with the, first coating layer is formed on the opening side of the molded goods. Dry sand 5 is packed into the internal cavity 4 of the molded goods. Further, a third coating layer 6 is formed around thereon and thereafter the molded goods are removed from the coating layers and the casting mold is produced.
