TROCAR APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To provide a trocar apparatus which is better in organic puncturing property and enables sterilization with an autoclave while eliminating damage to an outer skin tube covering a bending part of a soft mirror. CONSTITUTION:In a trocar 10 which is used in combination with an in vivo inserter to let the in vivo inserter be inserted into a celom by penetrating skin, a trocar tip cap 20 comprising a soft resin material such as soft polyurethane resin is provided at the tip of a trocar insertion part 12 free to load or unload and a hydrophilic lubrication treated layer 25 is provided on the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the trocar tip cap 20. A polymer making up the hydrophilic lubrication treated layer 25 is water-soluble at a normal temperature or under a heated condition and is graft-polymerized. When wetted, the trocar tip cap becomes lubricant in a slimy manner.
