Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To promote the convenience to removably attach a dust collecting bag and prevent sucked dust from leakage and a support plate from disengagement. CONSTITUTION:A locking claw 24 of an elastic member projects from the base on the upper part of a frame body to the upstreamside and the end of the locking claw 24 is composed of an arm part 25 extending to the downstream side and a claw part 26. A support plate 12a attached to the frame body is locked on the upper part with the claw part 26 and pressed to the upstream side by the elasticity of the arm part 25. Thus, the locking claw 24 of the frame body received in a filter case can be pressed in the direction of locking the support plate 12a by the upper rib of a dust collecting chamber through a step part when a filter case is received in a dust collecting case.
